(Head Office: Akasaka, Minato-ku), whose slogan is “The happiest fashion company in the world,” will be holding a press conference at the “TRUNK HOTEL 3F Shibuya” on June 6th. We spoke at the “SUSTAINABLE COTTON JOURNEY 2025” event, organized by the World Wide Fund for Nature Japan (hereafter referred to as WWF Japan), held at the Tokyo International Fashion Show in Tokyo SORANIWA, with the theme of sustainability in the textile industry. During the presentation “Sustainable cotton cultivation in India by a Japanese fashion company,” we explained our company’s efforts in organic cotton cultivation under the theme of “Regenerative manufacturing starting from cotton fields in India.” In the talk event that followed, together with people from Stylem Takisada Osaka Co., Ltd., Takihyo Co., Ltd., and WWF Japan, they talked about what drove their companies to “agriculture” by cultivating raw materials, their specific domestic and international efforts, and their current issues and thoughts. Students involved in sustainability in fashion also participated and exchanged frank opinions.
