The new location of the Blue Box Cafe, which reflects the concept of the New York flagship store The Landmark, has been chosen to be Tiffany & Co. Ginza, which will open in July as the largest flagship store in Asia. Inspired by Tiffany & Co.’s glorious tradition, the Blue Box Cafe will create a one-of-a-kind dining experience and become a new base for disseminating Tiffany & Co.’s culture. Supervised by Chef Natsuko Shoji of the French restaurant “ete” in Yoyogi-Uehara, Tokyo, the restaurant will offer a menu that combines Japanese ingredients and culture with the background of New York’s food culture in Ginza, Tokyo, where one of Japan’s leading gourmet cultures flourishes. Chef Shoji, known for his original creations and aesthetic dishes, and collaborations with up-and-coming artists and designers, has received high praise both at home and abroad, including winning the Asia’s Best Pastry Chef Award at the 2020 Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants and becoming the first Japanese woman to win the Asia’s Best Female Chef Award in the 2022 edition. This partnership was born from the resonance of both companies’ values, Tiffany’s elegance, craftsmanship and originality, and Blue Box Cafe by Natsuko Shoji will provide customers with delight, surprise and special experiences through food. Tiffany Ginza is a symbol of the beginning of the next half century in Japan. The arrival of the Blue Box Cafe by Japanese chef Natsuko Shoji is a sign of glorious tradition and innovation, further deepening the bond between Tiffany and Japan. Tiffany Ginza will open on July 11, 2025, and Blue Box Cafe by Natsuko Shoji will open in August 2025.
