The campaign, shot by photographer Robert Willy at Luigi Carlo Danelli’s modernist masterpiece Villa Domus in Sestri Levante, Liguria, Italy, draws parallels between timeless icons and timely design through both Willy’s captivating still images and Valextra’s modern style. The capsule collection for the Escape campaign is made up of Valextra’s summer collection, with canvas, rattan, raffia and woven handbags in focus in each frame. Realized with Valextra’s exquisite know-how, the handbags in the collection naturally express an Italian vacation. Iside Wicker The second release of “The Escape” is the iconic bag, Iside’s Wicker.
