innovation. The handle is made by skilled craftsmen in 29 steps and uses “Salpa”, a recycled leather material with excellent strength, elasticity and moldability, as the core material. Multiple layers are cut, shaped, and glued by hand, then polished step by step with abrasives of different roughness to create a unique volume and smoothness.

Leather Covering The leather for the exterior is hand-spun to the desired thickness, moistened and stretched precisely to fit the curves. It needs to be completely wrinkle-free and air-tight, with perfect adhesion. The handle is then sewn on a free-arm sewing machine without distortion, following the exacting curves of the handle. Edge Finishing The edges of the handle are carefully finished in a multi-stage process: Grinding with abrasive wheels First layer of edge paint Intermediate drying and polishing Second layer of paint Final hot tool sealing and smooth finish This artisanal technique ensures superior quality in both durability and aesthetics. ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION The finished handle is attached to the bag using hidden stitch points to balance appearance and ease of carrying. An interior constructed like an architecture The Chloe’s interior is also crafted with care. The lining is made of soft-touch microfiber, which is molded on a rigid 3D-printed mold to perfectly match the exterior. This structured, invisible process ensures a durable, uncluttered interior.
