The winner’s design will be made into a real costume by a professional costume maker. UMATENA will actually wear it and perform live and at various events as idols. The winner’s prize is 100,000 yen. Eligibility is open to all ages, genders, and whether professional or amateur, and students are also welcome to apply. Anyone can apply, whether they are an idol fan or a young person aiming to be a fashion designer. We look forward to receiving many applications! professional/amateur status, is eligible. ・Mid-late September: Production site (scheduled to be in Fukuoka city) ・October 11th (Saturday) or 12th (Sunday): Appearance on stage and at the awards ceremony at “RKB Colorful Festival” (scheduled to be in Fukuoka city) -November 3 (Monday, holiday): Appearance on stage at the “Saga Keiba Festival” (scheduled to be held at Saga Racecourse, Tosu City, Saga Prefecture) – In addition to the above, those who can come to Fukuoka City or Tosu City for other meetings, etc. *Applicants are responsible for transportation and accommodation costs when attending meetings, etc. Please note this in advance. ＜Application Guidelines＞ – Only unpublished and original works are accepted. – Please include both front and back views. – Please submit basic pattern 1 design. *We can also suggest accessories and hair ornaments according to member colors. (In the end, 6 costumes will be made in each member’s color.) – The costumes will be for spring to summer. – Please state the design theme and the thoughts you put into the design. (200 characters or less) – There is no limit to the number of entries (each person can submit as many entries as they like). – AI-generated works are not eligible for submission. *Shoes, socks, etc. will be adjusted after selection. *Ownership and copyright of submitted works belong to the organizer, and it is assumed that the moral rights of the author will not be exercised. ＜Judging method＞ The Saga Prefectural Horse Racing Association, UMATENA, professional costume makers, etc. will judge the entries and decide the winning works (1st, 2nd, and 3rd place). The design of one winner will be made into an actual costume.
