We’ve also launched a self-diagnosis service, allowing customers who haven’t experienced 3D measurement to find out their estimated body type by answering a few simple questions. The “Bra Diagnosis for Me” service uses 3D body data to diagnose your body type and suggests how to choose a bra that fits you, something that cannot be determined by size alone. While user satisfaction is high at 4.6 (out of 5), some users have expressed a desire to find a bra that fits them online without having to try it on. This update enables integration with the Wacoal Web Store. This allows you to check the compatibility of each product online based on your body type determined by 3D measurements or self-diagnosis. The body type has also been further refined from the previous four types to eight, combining “body shape” and “bust volume.” When purchasing online, you can check compatibility with your body type in addition to size, helping you find a bra that’s perfect for you.
