The “LA12 Black” is the lightest model manufactured using injection molding, weighing just 670g per shoe*. Special reinforcement is provided on the inside of the toe area, which is prone to wear, for superior durability. A stabilizer is installed in the heel, and TPU support parts provide both stability and ease of movement during work. Furthermore, the shoes are designed for safety and comfort, with excellent slip resistance and flexibility, thick cushioning at the collar, and breathable mesh material.The simple, easy-to-match design makes them suitable for everyday use as well as at the workplace. *Lightest among all Simon products. The cemented manufacturing method, in which the upper (top) and sole are glued together, is widely used in protective sneakers, work boots, and men’s shoes. However, adhesive strength is heavily dependent on the performance of the adhesive and the sole-attaching process, so adhesive joints are at risk of deterioration over time. In the injection molding method, urethane raw materials are poured into a mold to directly form and glue the sole. The urethane sole material is permeated into the midsole, resulting in extremely strong adhesive strength.
