(Headquarters: 2-21-1 Shibuya, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Osamu Kimura) has the mission of “Play fashion!” and aims to be a “good community co-creation company.” Hiroshiten Co., Ltd. (Head office: Kyobashi, Chuo-ku, Tokyo) creates experiences that connect the heart to social communication. At the request of 3-1-1 (President and Representative Director: Atsushi Harada), we produced uniforms with original designs for staff to wear at production sites and event venues. ALC/Adastria Lifestyle Creation, which handles Adastria’s BtoB production business, collaborates with many companies by leveraging its experience in developing more than 30 apparel brands in multiple categories and customer contacts with a wide range of generations. I am. The content ranges from planning and selling collaborative items to supporting new businesses in other industries. In order to provide people with more enjoyable options in their daily lives and contribute to enriching their lives, we collaborate with various partners inside and outside the company and co-create new value with like-minded people. We continue to grow as a company. This time, we have produced an original coach jacket as the first collaboration with Hiroshiten, which designs a variety of “experiences” in an integrated manner and solves customers’ marketing issues. ■Item details 2N1 coach jacket [Material/Design/Functionality] A sporty coach jacket made of a supple rayon blend material with a drapey feel, creating a casual-chic atmosphere. In addition to functional specifications that allow you to change the silhouette with Velcro tape on the cuffs, adjustable cuffs, and a drawcord at the hem, it also features a padded inner vest as a detachable liner for increased cold protection. The emblem on the chest can be changed depending on the type of job, similar to military wear.

All artwork represents the company name “HAKUTEN” and is finished with special attention to printing methods.

Product Management (PM) Department Hiroyuki Keita, Koichi Hasegawa When renewing the uniform for the first time in 10 years, we asked design studio YAR to create the graphic design because we wanted to embody a creative image that has not been seen on construction sites in the interior design and exhibition industry. Regarding the body part, we initially planned to print it on ready-made products, but we realized that YAR’s cool design could not be fully expressed on ready-made products, and the proportion of female PM members was also increasing. For this reason, I wanted to be particular about the shape so that it would look good on people with a variety of body shapes, so I consulted Adastria about making it. Adastria received a variety of suggestions during the production process, and their attention to detail, such as layering color proofs to accurately express the colors of the back graphics, which is the key, and adjusting women’s sizes, is truly professional. I felt it. Hiroshiten’s PM Department’s VISION is “Work that ‘gives form to ideas,”’ and we hope that in the future, members wearing this uniform will be seen by a variety of people, and that work will be creative and exciting. I hope you feel that way. ■About Hiroshiten Co., Ltd.
