SNIDEL has been creating stores that incorporate “sustainable design” in Japan and overseas, starting with the renovation of two Lumine Shinjuku stores in 2019. Discarded fluorescent lamps and cathode ray tubes, which are no longer used due to advances in science and technology, are brought back to life by craftsmen and sublimated into new materials.
