The event, held at the Pomellato boutique located on Rue Saint-Honoré, marks an important moment in its history of revolutionary designs that have captivated jewelry lovers for more than 20 years. “What attracted me to nudes was their sheer boldness,” says Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu. “Jewelry makes a statement with its simple expression, yet its craftsmanship is extremely complex. Each piece is like a small revolution. It’s the kind of subtle rebellion that I love.” Since its launch in 2001, Nude has represented the perfect fusion of Pomellato’s goldsmithing skills and gemological vision. These pieces are more than just a jewelry collection, they are mini-sized masterpieces where multiple artistic expressions intersect. Art in design is expressed through a pure and essential design that transforms the traditional concept of solitaire. The art of craftsmanship is expressed through the skilled handiwork of the goldsmiths at our headquarters, Casa Pomellato. They use innovative gold settings to make the gemstones appear as if they are floating. The cutting technique is manifested in the Maison’s signature 57 irregular facets, giving each stone a unique and exclusive character. The art of gemstone selection is masterfully expressed by gem masters who scour the world for the most unique gemstones in terms of color, personality, and properties. And finally, art as interpretation belongs to the Pomellato woman.
