Like the language of flowers, each color has a meaning. (Example) Katsu navy blue…A deeper indigo color than navy blue, so dark that it looks black. It was the favorite color of samurai and symbolized masculinity and courage. ＜Background＞ In recent years, the number of days with high temperatures has increased due to global warming, and the demand for light and thin fabrics is increasing, especially during the spring and summer seasons. In order to meet these needs, in addition to developing new materials that are both cool and comfortable, we have devised “NAVY PALETTE,” which focuses on the ever-popular “navy” color, as a special project to celebrate our 120th anniversary. It features a rich variety of colors that allow you to find your favorite navy, from the formal dark blue of a custom-made suit to the refreshing blue. In addition, each color is named after the ancient Japanese names for navy blue, indigo, blue, etc., and the packaging is simple yet allows you to feel the deep charm of navy blue. Image

We have received very positive feedback in stores, and we are deeply grateful for the feedback. The 12 colors available in commemoration of the 120th anniversary were created with the intention of creating slightly different shades even though they appear to be the same navy blue. This collection was started for the spring/summer season, but we plan to change the materials for the fall/winter so that it can be enjoyed all year round.
