(Headquarters: Okayama City, Okayama Prefecture, President: Masashi Kawabe) will release a collaboration collection with “Miffy” drawn by picture book author Dick Bruna on May 9th (Friday) at Green Parks stores nationwide and the company’s own e-commerce site “STRIPE CLUB”. From Green Parks’ very popular Miffy collaboration, a collection commemorating the 70th anniversary is now available. The first edition will feature 14 items, and the second edition will include 13 items, for a total of 27 items to brighten up the summer. In the first series, we will be selling rain goods such as ponchos and hats, as well as items that will make going out even during the rainy season, such as T-shirts and shoulder bags. Rain goods such as ponchos and bags have a unified design inspired by the floral blue dress that Miffy wore on her birthday. Based on navy, we have adopted a design unique to the 70th anniversary, using “Miffy” with her characteristic pointy ears from her early days and a colorful floral pattern. We have items that can be used at outdoor festivals and leisure scenes, such as safari hats and shorts. The lineup also includes a series of T-shirts, caps, and shoulder bags that are easy to use on a daily basis. We have incorporated the image of “Miffy” dressed up in her favorite dress standing with her head tilted.
