Shiori Tamai’s natural look in summery eyewear, such as yellow lenses and 2-way sunglasses lens frames, is like a scene from a movie. The photoshoot also took place at Yokohama Stadium, where she was seen facing the camera with a look of excitement as Momoiro Clover Z’s summer live concert drew near. In the magazine, Tamai talks in her own words about her preferences for eyewear and what she felt when wearing them. I want to try yellow lenses this summer. When I was a child, I had bad eyesight and only wore glasses during school. As I got older, I gradually realized the goodness of glasses as a fashion item, and now I enjoy wearing fake glasses and sunglasses to match my clothes. When choosing glasses, it is important to me that they fit my face. I used to only choose thin, round frames, but one day I tried a pair with a thick frame, and my face looked tighter. It changed my impression and I thought it was surprisingly good. So now I don’t stick to a specific shape or color, I actually try them on and see if they suit me. When I’m not sure, I sometimes ask the store clerk for their opinion. The model with yellow lenses was particularly impressive in this shoot.
