In celebration of its 250th anniversary, the Maison will be holding a promotion at The Stage to highlight its rich past heritage and celebrate the excellence it has cultivated over its long history. The exhibition, entitled “Les Tiroirs du Temps” (Drawers of Time), pays tribute to visionary ideas, the people who brought them to life and those who continue to write the future of watchmaking. Each drawer represents a question posed by Abraham-Louis Breguet and other watchmakers. They represent technical and philosophical challenges in the history of watchmaking. At the venue, you can see all the new anniversary models announced in April, and the first Japanese release of Breguet’s first flying tourbillon, the Classique Tourbillon Sideral 7255 (limited to 50 pieces
worldwide), which was just announced on June 26th, will be shown. The aventurine enamel dial, which incorporates Breguet’s new
craftsmanship, is reminiscent of the stars twinkling in the starry sky, and creates the word Sideral, which is related to stars, constellations, and outer space. The product concept is linked to the world of stars, the precision of celestial motion, and time
measurement based on the fixed positions of the stars rather than the sun, suggesting a more rigorous concept of time that is connected to the universe and its laws.
