Over 100 years have passed since the store opened, loving its local area and being supported by the local community. The second-generation owner, Abe Yoshio, developed the “Radium Egg” as a specialty of Iizaka Onsen, and it gradually gained popularity, becoming a familiar taste that is now part of Fukushima’s dining culture and a part of Iizaka Onsen.
