F1 Academy is a Formula 4 racing series that trains the next generation of female racing drivers, with the mission of increasing women’s participation in motorsports. Since its creation in 2023, the series, alongside F1, has not only provided a platform for female drivers to compete, but also provided them with the highest level of support to progress to higher levels of racing.

Featuring well-known teams from F1’s other support racing series such as Prema, Campos, Rodan, MP, Art GP and Hitech, the F1 Academy provides a clear pathway for talented female drivers to step up. Featuring TAG Heuer-inspired liveries, the F1 Academy cars are manufactured by Tatoos and designed to balance performance, safety and driver development, making them the ideal platform for young female racers to rise through the ranks of motorsport. Featuring a carbon monocoque chassis that complies with 2021 FIA safety standards, the machine incorporates advanced safety features such as stainless steel halos, anti-intrusion panels and wheel tether cables. Powered by an Autotechnica 1.4L turbocharged engine that produces 174 horsepower, it accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.6 seconds. Top speed reaches 240 km/h.

Having won a number of impressive domestic races and represented Australia at the World Motorsport Games, she is now aiming to become the first Australian female driver in F1. Highlights of Iva’s illustrious career include strong results in the Indian F4 Championship, participation in test programs for Rodin Motorsport and Argenti Motorsport, and numerous podiums in the Australian Karting Championship. Iva’s ambition and talent make her one of the most exciting prospects in motorsport today.
