Hummel’s history began in 1923 with the world’s first studded football boots. We began sponsoring contracts in the 1960s, and from the 1970s to the 1990s, we supported some of the world’s biggest clubs, including the Danish national team, Tottenham, and Real Madrid. To this day, Hummel has always lived with football. 2025S/S, H.FC’s first season, will feature items that are easy to incorporate into daily life, such as shirts, tracksuits, and sweatshirts that incorporate design tastes from the 1986 Danish national team uniform, which is one of the most impressive in Hummel’s history.

About Hummel The Danish sports brand Hummel was born in 1923, developing the world’s first spikes with studs. At the time, when people played soccer in leather shoes, studs were added to the flat soles of the shoes, which dramatically improved grip and made it possible to play in ways that were previously impossible. The brand name and logo are based on an anecdote about how a bumble bee (hummel in German), which is theoretically unable to fly due to its weight, was able to fly through repeated efforts.
