The concept is “Even space is outdoors.” The universe is the ultimate outdoors, and there are still many mysteries that remain unsolved. The lineup incorporates that romance and fun into CHUMS’s playful design. Featured items include apparel with designs from the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) and daypacks created with ESM, a new backpack concept inspired by the LSS space suit and the structure of the International Space Station (ISS). This is a lineup that includes space elements. In addition, the event “Lunar rover YAOKI operation experience at CHUMS Lunar Base Camp” held at Tokyo Tower in 2023 was the impetus for developing this “SPACE” series.
