Under this program, used RIMOWA wheeled aluminum suitcases are collected at participating stores. The collected suitcases are then subjected to numerous detailed
inspections by RIMOWA experts, and then sorted for repair or recycling. Each suitcase that has been repaired is carefully refurbished one by one, and after being reborn as a suitcase that is as reliable as a new one, it will be sold as a “RE-CRAFTED” used suitcase on RIMOWA.com. A well-worn aluminum suitcase is engraved with proof of adventure and memories of travel. Some of the used suitcases we sell still have the stickers pasted on them by the previous owner as a precious memento, and there are also items that allow you to enjoy the “aging beauty” of the suitcase that has been carefully used for many years, providing customers with a different kind of enjoyment than when choosing a new item. It also includes archive pieces that are currently no longer sold in stores, such as a two-wheeled suitcase.
