Many users have said, “I would like to see a reprint of the hand-wound Camper like the original,” and in 2021, the MK1 Mechanical, a hand-wound model with a stainless steel case, was released as a derivative model of the Camper. In Japan, pre-orders sold out immediately after we started accepting reservations, and when it went on sale to the general public the following month, it was very popular and sold out on the official website the same day. This time, based on such a popular model, while inheriting the original military watch design such as the dome-shaped acrylic windshield and hand-wound movement, we have updated the dial design and hands to make it more modern and easy to read. The original Camper had a resin case and lugs that were integrally molded, but in this product, the case material has been upgraded to stainless steel, and the lugs have been changed to a standard shape, making it possible to replace them with commercially available straps such as leather or nylon. The
