“LANVIN”, France’s oldest couture maison, will release a graphic T-shirt in collaboration with the movie “À Bout de Souffle” on March 14th (Friday) at each Lanvin Collection store and online shop. “LANVIN COLLECTION MEN’S” has paid homage to Paris in the 1920s, when “LANVIN” men’s clothing began, and has produced T-shirts each season inspired by various themes such as “Ecole de Paris,” “Belle Époque,” and “Paris Expo.” The Spring/Summer 2025 season pays homage to the legendary director Jean-Luc Godard, the standard-bearer of the French Nouvelle Vague, and his film À bout de souffle, produced under license from STUDIOCANAL. A symbol of the Nouvelle Vague, À bout de souffle was Jean-Luc Godard’s first feature film, made in 1960 and starring Jean Seberg and Jean-Paul Belmondo. This time, we have taken a scene from Godard’s iconic movie and created a unique T-shirt design.
