This collection is a tribute to 100 years of textile tradition and rich history,
symbolizing the pursuit of excellence and deep Italian know-how. Each scarf depicts a journey through time, from 1924 to today, with rare quality fabrics such as linen and silk, and motifs that embody a unique history. The collection features eight elegantly colored lines, each telling a different story of Loro Piana. The Heritage line in silk is inspired by Loro Piana’s timeless elegance and its archive, tracing the Maison’s story through emblematic motifs. These motifs celebrate unparalleled know-how, textile craftsmanship and a commitment to excellence. The Scherazade scarf has a classic and sophisticated design with a symmetrical paisley motif that exudes quiet elegance. The Maestri del Lino silk scarf depicts the meticulous process of transforming linen into the highest quality threads and fabrics. The silk Punti and Noddy line, consisting of Lazzato, Nido Dape and Arale scarves in blue, red and beige tones, is an ode to traditional nautical and the weaving techniques used in Loro Piana’s textile masterpieces. Easing the boundaries between knotting and knitting, nautical inspiration and craftsmanship, we reveal age-old craft skills and heritage knowledge. The Animal Kingdom line is a tribute to Loro Piana’s signature animals and their precious wool coats. From rare Andean vicuña fleece to the ultra-soft fibers of Mongolian goats, this collection celebrates the Maison’s unique artistry and enduring excellence. The Guardalova line, including the dark blue Fiore di Lino bandana, pays homage to the elegance of Loro Piana. Classic motifs add sophistication and variety to your wardrobe. A sophisticated paisley pattern appears with elegant dots, forming a neat and timeless repeating pattern that adds character to any silhouette. The Botanico line is inspired by fragrant flowers. Delicate stems are carved with bold strokes and soft petals are rendered in soft hues of beige, pink and light blue, giving each richly illustrated print a timeless appeal. Enticlopedia del Lino tells the story of the growth and transformation cycle of the ancient linen plant, from seed to mature plant. The story of growth is elegantly illustrated through delicate flowers inspired by vintage botany handbooks. The Loro Gioia line’s richly patterned prints blur the line between class and Loro Piana’s exceptional fiber blends and textile craftsmanship, creating a relaxed playfulness. Loro Gioia Aperitivo is characterized by bright colors and playful motifs of poolside drinks and their ingredients. Finally, the enchanting Storm System(R) print pays homage to the Loro Piana family’s passion for sailing and the eponymous treatment that makes the Maison’s fabrics waterproof and windproof. In addition, the Loro Piana Round Calf Foulard Handle is introduced as an outstanding scarf accessory. The leather handles in shades of chocolate licorice, caramel sugar and whisper white transform your unique scarf into a bag. The Library of Prints scarf collection, which combines exceptional materials, unique details and the signature Loro Piana touch, will be available in selected Loro Piana stores and online from April 3rd.
