This project is the realization of the brand’s efforts to develop the many archive items created since 1969, when Gap was founded. On Saturday, April 12, 2025, “GapVintage Drop2” curated by Sean will be released in limited quantities at Gap Shinjuku Flags store from 11am. Drop2, which will be released this time, has a lineup of classic vintage items such as T-shirts, logo hoodies, anoraks, shorts, and backpacks that stand out with Spring-like colors and prints, with the theme of “Colors, patterns and classics from the archives.” The collection is embroidered with Sean’s signature logo ‘SW’. *Depending on the material of the product, some embroidery may not be applied. Customers who purchase GapVintage Drop2 will receive an original sticker designed with inspiration from archive item brand tags and vintage cassette tapes. Additionally, customers who register to enter the store or purchase GapVintage will receive a ticket to have the SW logo embroidered on Gap products for free. At Gap cafe inside Shinjuku Flags, the limited drink menu sold at GapVintage Drop1 is back. Matcha Soy Latte, Cinnamon Butter Matcha Soy Latte, and Latte Art in collaboration with Sean will be available for a limited time from Saturday, April 12th. Sean Wotherspoon, Gap Global Vintage Curator, said: “GapVintage Drop2 has many items with great designs and silhouettes. I think it’s very important to protect the brand’s DNA and pass it on to the next generation. I love that you can create your own story with each GapVintage item. There are many items that I personally want.” Gap Vintage Drop2 will be available at the Gap Shinjuku Flags store from 11am on Saturday, April 12, 2025, with approximately 350 items, ranging in price from 1,990 yen to 39,900 yen (tax included).
