Our first store in Japan will open in April at Hankyu Umeda Main Store in Osaka. United Arrows Co., Ltd. (Representative Director, President and Executive Officer CEO: Yoshinori Matsuzaki, Headquarters location: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo) is a lifestyle select shop from South Korea called NICE, based on “UA MULTI Strategy: Initiatives to expand business scope and customer base through new business development” (*), one of the main strategies of the medium-term management plan announced in May 2023. We have acquired exclusive sales and licensing rights for “WEATHER” in Japan through ITOCHU Corporation. We will begin business development as one of our brands, starting with the opening of Hankyu Umeda Main Store (3rd floor, Hankyu Umeda Main Store, Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture), which will be our first store in Japan, on April 23, 2025 (scheduled Wednesday) and the establishment of an EC site. In the future, we are planning to plan and purchase products unique to Japan.
